1. Reservation request and confirmation
Submitting the form creates a reservation request, not an automatically confirmed appointment. The reservation becomes confirmed when Beldibi Turkish Bath confirms the date and time or issues an e-ticket.
2. Prices and payment
The estimated total is calculated from the selected programme, adult count and child ages. The final confirmed amount is shown on the reservation record or e-ticket. No online payment is taken; payment is made at the spa unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.
3. Child pricing
Child pricing is calculated according to the age rules displayed during reservation. The business may ask for reasonable age verification where necessary. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
4. Cancellation and changes
Guests should request cancellation or a date/time change at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment. Later requests are handled subject to availability. Because no online payment is collected, no automatic refund process applies.
5. Late arrival and no-show
Late arrival may reduce treatment time or require rescheduling so that later guests are not affected. A no-show may cause the reservation and transfer plan to be cancelled.
6. Hotel transfer
Transfer is optional and available only for selected areas and times. Pickup details are valid only after confirmation. Guests are responsible for providing accurate hotel and contact information and being ready at the confirmed pickup point.
7. Health and suitability
Hammam and massage services may not be suitable for everyone. Guests who are pregnant or have a medical condition, recent operation, skin sensitivity or other concern should seek appropriate medical advice and inform the team before the service. This website does not provide medical advice.
8. Operational changes
For safety, maintenance or operational reasons, the business may adjust the order, therapist, transfer time or appointment time. Where a material change is required, the guest will be contacted and a reasonable alternative will be offered.
